By accessing or using ClickWork (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of ClickWork after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
As a user of ClickWork, you agree to:
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes related to job opportunity searching • Not scrape, copy, or redistribute job listings without written permission • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform • Not use automated bots, scripts, or crawlers to interact with the Platform • Provide accurate information when setting up your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these responsibilities without prior notice.
ClickWork uses Google OAuth for authentication – we do not store passwords. By signing in, you authorise ClickWork to receive your name and email address from Google.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. ClickWork is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
You may delete your ClickWork account at any time by contacting us at hello@click-work.vercel.app. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.
ClickWork offers access plans on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there has been an error • Free-tier access (where available) is provided as-is with no guarantees of continued availability
ClickWork does not store payment card details. All billing is handled by our third-party payment processor.
ClickWork provides access to job opportunity listings aggregated from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing, and we are not responsible for the hiring decisions of employers listed on the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickWork and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform – including loss of income, missed opportunities, or data loss.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
All content on ClickWork — including the brand, logo, UI design, and compiled job data — is the property of ClickWork and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without express written consent. Job listings remain the property of their respective employers & sources.
